Welcome!

So how do you like San Marcos? I've been thinking of relocating closer to Austin... How's real estate, schools, traffic, etc.?

If you want to relocate...best place to relocate to is Kyle. Schools are better, real estate is better, and traffic....well...its still the same...BAD.

Ive lived in San Marcos since 90...and all it does is get bigger and bigger and bigger.

greetings from San Marcos, California!!! i think i'd rather be in this one than the texas one any day of the week and twice on sundays... no hard feelings guys? but being able to surf, snowboard, mountain bike and go to mexico in the same day is pretty hard to beat... plus all my ex's live in texas (no pun intended)...

Kyle is only a stones throw from the south side of Austin. Maybe about 10-15mins from downtown. Not very big though. probably a couple thousand people at most

There's a Mexican Restaurant called San Marcos in Meridian, MS where I'm originally from. Thought for a minute you were sitting in a booth with one of these or something...
