Quick beer in Houston (Wednesday 4/27)

Yee haw! 24 hour notice of an impromtu beer drinkin' meet. I'm going to run over to visit Titano24's while he's in the Big H and probably meet Vshortt there as well to sell off my tow hooks. I figure it's worth a beer or two to just hang for a few minutes. We're going to be in the Beltway 8/59 South area. Not sure where or exactly when (7PM? Earlier?) I guess we can post it all here once we figure it all out.

Why don't we just meet at Sam's Boat in the Fountains. Like I said, its about 3 miles south (on 59) from your mentioned location. I'll be there. Why not?!

i'll be getting in tonight, so i'll keep looking in here for the place to meet up..........buy the fountains do you mean a little down 59 from beltway 8................i forgot the name of the place i ate at over there................

Well the only place that I can think of over there that would be forgetable (and not because of the food) is Razoo's. Its cajun seafood. The food is good there but the atmosphere sucks. Sam's Boat is really the only good place. You know what?! Come to think of it, I do know of a little Mexican joint over there that is even closer to your location. Its only about 2 miles south of your location and its called Fajita Flats. Its a very fun and festive atmosphere inside but there is no patio. Me and my friends go there every Friday afternoon for lunch. We like the Margarita's. What do you say?

Would be, but we do the family thing for my daughter's gymnastics on Wednesday nights.

sounds good to me, i normally go to pappasitos<<<spelling when ever i go there but i'm up for anything haha

Actually there is a Papasitos about 5 or 6 miles south on 59 from where you are. That sounds like a good idea, too. Would you like to go there instead? I love that place.

Mediocre Tex-Mex with acceptable ritas! What more can you ask for?

It is a handy place to meet though.
