!Food ideas for May 22nd meet!

Hello all. Havock and I have been entertaining the idea of throwing food into the mix since we are gaining a good sized crowd. The only way to handle it is to first get some ideas as to what to make, and second get people to be responsible for bringing a certain item or items. We were thinking that in the interest of keeping this easy, we could all grill hamburgers and hotdogs. We could also bring chips. Each person and their families would be on their own as far as drinks go. Either way, since these are the items that we are proposing to cook, I am wondering what those of you who are coming to the meet (or may come to the meet) think about this idea. Mind you, the food selection was decided because it is simple and kid friendly. Since this is a family affair (with beer of course) then we must make sure that the food accomodates kids and adults.

Please note that these are the food items that we would like to stay with for the sake of simplicity. We have very little time to nail this down so please don't suggest other food items that haven't already been discussed. I'm just trying to keep this simple for everyone so that we can all enjoy the afternoon together.

Yeah, you couldn't possibly have a family affair without beer...

Hamburgers and hot dogs work for me. Do you want to have everyone bring their own meat, or do we each want to bring something to share? I guess a lot of that depends on how many are coming. How many do we have so far?

I think Vshortt should bring burgers and hotdogs for everyone.

14 posts and only 1 mention as to whether anyone would like to participate in this idea. We're running out of time.
