Just got them done at Bennett's here in Clear Lake off of Hwy 3. Seemed like a good shop, with lots of business. They scheduled me in for 11 am today. I there at that time, and they had a Durango on the lift bay for alignment. They moved it to get me in, and had it done by noon. Not sure if this is fast or slow, and after tax it was $49.95. I also dont know if i got ripped off, or if that's the average price.
But, it was good friendly service, and my truck feels a lot more stable on the road. They are an authorized Michelin / BFG dealer, and had a lot of people in and out quick, so they work fast and efficiently.
Dont know if anyone else has been here. the head might be the only one who can comment. I think they've been in business for a while, and they seem like a good shop to go to.
I had my alignment done at the dealer (BJ North) for $90, so $50 is better than what I paid. But I had already scheduled for them to have the truck that day for a warrantly repair on my bench console so it was worth the bucks for the convenience to not have to go to multiple places.
Nope. That's a good price. Mine was 45 dollars also. Of course I didn't wait a week to get mine done either, Aggie!!!!!!!! What are you thinking, yo-yo?!

When I was at the dealer the other day ordering part of an XE door handle, I checked out their prices on alignment. I was thinking the same thing as you, get my driver's seat and other nagging problems fixed along with alignment. That's until I saw the price of $89.99. I figured they might do trucks cheaper, since only the front was being aligned, but I guess not.
I decided a truck shop might be better / cheaper. This place was close to my apartment (1 mile), so I figured why not.

HAHAHAHA. I haven't been driving much though, what with no job and all
The guys at the shop tried to sell me some new tires though. They were like "yeah, your fronts looks pretty worn. You know we have tires?"
I said I rotated them when I put on the front lift, and they are worn because they used to be on the back and I'm a little heavy on the gas.
I said I'd come back when "I get the full use out of the tires". No use in wasting good rubber. I figured these will last another year / 15 K miles.
Also, the brake fluid is still at the "MAX" mark and I haven't had to add any fluid. The brakes still feel great. It feels like I'm driving a smaller car, with much less pedal travel to stop the truck. The truck stops much more naturally and easily.
With the old lines, I had to use a lot of pedal travel to stop, and found myself not using enough pressure and slamming the brakes at the last second. These new lines have removed that problem. When I'm stopped, the brake pedal is only at 1/3-1/2 of it's maximum travel, and feel much firmer.
For the price, I'd definately recommend it, up there with the PRG leveling kit. This mod is almost a no brainer for the price (~$150), and with teflon tape and NO leakybleeders, should bleed fine the first go-around. Anyone who asks if they should do it, I will tell them HECK YEAH! I'd recommend this mod before any others.
Anyone that wants to drive my truck around the park at the May 22 meet for another comparison is free to do so.

That's good news about the brakes. Good 'ol teflon.
I've used Benson's in Webster for years. They are also on Hwy 3. Very good service and alignment.
$50 is a good price.
Heck yeah I'll take a spin - I've been contemplating the braided lines myself.
