NOTE: The food quantities to be provided are based on the "Definately" list, which includes about 15 people. If extra people show up, realize there might be food shortage. I dont want to be mean, or say "dont eat if you didn't sign up for something", but it would be nice if the providers got to eat first, and the "Maybe" people just snack.

Thanks for doing this Aggie. For those of you (us) that are bringing things to the meet, please note that it wouldn't hurt to bring a little extra. For those of you that have not committed to bringing anything, please help out by stopping at a store on the way in and grabbing a little something. I would like everyone to not leave this meet hungry.

Hey, it just thought of this:

If I'm not mistaken theres only 1 or 2 trashcans per "picnic" area out there,
we might need to bring trashbags....then we can just fill em and lay em next to the provided trash cans....

.man we got alot of folks showin this time...I remember the last one ....we got alot of looks from the joggers, bikers, etc...imagine this time.....we'll probably stop traffic on the park loop road/jogging path......are we still lookin @ the same parking area as last time? Cause I really dont think we'll fit now (14 confirms & 4 maybes)....

that is something i need to update on that first post. where is the exact spot we are meeting at? a map might be helpful also.

Ehead: so i take it you are bringing a gas grill? if that is the case, i'm going to remove the "charcoal" from the list.

Havock: i updated the first post with the map.

google maps have an awesome satellite feature now, there you can pan with a click and drag feature around a real picture of the park, and zoom in real close.

can someone look on this map, and maybe printscreen and edit it with the exact spot of where we will be to avoid any confusion?

you can navigate between the colored MAP and the SATELLITE image using the two links in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.

Aggie you simply can't zoom close enough to show the actual spot. I think the map is probably sufficient. As we near the meeting date, I will post a number if need be in case anyone has trouble.

From that exact image off the link look to your left where the zoom bar is..
That is the softball fields.....center that and zoom in as far as you can....to the right of the parking lot for the fields is a 1 lane road/path..that is the road to take....it will loop around (you can seeit a little on the image due to the tree canopy) follow it around until you see 15 or so of your trucks kin....well unless your one of the first to arrive....

is any one giving out a contact # for directions just incase?
