Huge brownie points Champion Nissan Katy

Last wednesday, I went into the dealer for a oil change.
So I'm sitting there for an hour and 15 mins, so I getting a little upset, I go to my service writer and say "what the hell man it should only take like 20 mins for a oil change"
He tell's me Mr.Wilson there's a slight problem with the truck,(I'm thinkin freakin wondurful they scratched it).
S.W.Your alignment is out, and the tires are worn..
ME. The truck doesn't pull?
S.W. No sir. it's your toe out, the front wheels are pointed out..

So I go look and sure enough, he's right.
ME.So how much is this gonna cost me??
S.W. Uh Mr.Wilson(he look's at me like I'm stupid((believe me I'm used to it))
your truck is new it only has 9kmi on it,Nissan warrenties their alignment for 12kmi
ME. Oh cool
S.W. So we're going to fix the alignment and put 2 new tires on there for you!
ME. So I gave the A-typical VShortt reply "handle your bizness"
went in friday afternoon and was out friday evening.
To be honest with you, I really don't feel any other dealer would have done that, and I'm vey pleased with the service.
Thank's again Champion Nissan Katy
(shameless plug)

I purchased mine form there as well. My salesman's name was Troy, gave me a great deal and was very willing to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended dealership. Thanks for the update on their service dept as I have yet to even bring my truck in for it's first oil change.

Other dealers either wouldn't have done it or they would have and then charged you for the re-alignment and new tires without even letting you know that there was a warranty. Maybe even doing the alignment and leaving the old tires on there for it to do it all over again.

Ditto on Champion

I got the same thing...mine was pulling a little bit since I got it...and at the first oil change, they mentioned the 12 month warranty too...awesome, simply awesome!

The least they could have done was to wash the stupid blue crap off the letters for you! What crappy service! When you got back to VShortt's we were all laughing at the goofball coming down the street with blue tires, and then we saw it was you!

JK bro, it is always nice to hear when a dealer takes the responsibility to fix things instead of making you fight them to get something fixed.

Awake yet??Dream??

Dream, right? Are you awake yet?Dealers around here-New Orleans-are more likely to steal your aftermarket wheels(and swear it came in with XE wheels) then to go out of their way to give you new tires!!Lucky sob.Charlie

I don't want to rain on your parade....but I will.
We bought our toy from these people, get our basic service from them as well. Went in for the bed liner and paint coming off the bumper covers. They took pictures and claimed to send them in to Nissan for review. Weeks later we get tired of waiting and contact Nissan to check on the status. They had not received anything from the dealer. The dealer has not contacted us nor will they call us back to discuss anything.
However, the dealer still has time to have some dude call us to see how we feel about our service. WTF?!!! Hello left hand, this is the right hand speaking....have we ever met before?
The finance guy will ask us how the truck is doing because he remembers us after maybe 20 minutes of speaking. The sales putz spent almost 5 hours with us and walks past us like we aren't there. Not even a nod that he sees us. Nice guy.
