***May 7th Houston Area Meet***

It's time for our second Houston meet of the year. Our first meet was quite a success given the fact that we had to change our meet location less than 24 hours before the meet. Anyway, this meet will take place in our usual location at Memorial Park. Bear Creek Park got mixed reviews based on the distance between the parking lot and the picnic area. The setting at Memorial Park is better shaded and allows us to have an entire parking lot all to ourselves.
For those attending (whether you want to put your name on the food list or not) please respond and make your intentions known. I'll be updating an attendee list as well as a food list as I see responses from everyone.
The food list will be the usual. Why......'cause it's easy. Be sure to post whether or not there are items on the food list below that you'd like to bring. I'll be updating the list several times a day or as needed.
Mark your calendars for May 7th and lets see if we can get the largest group together that we've ever had!!!

Note: Please pay close attention to the food list. The amount of items may need to be adjusted should the list attendees be longer than expected.


NEW INFORMATION AS OF 4/25/2006: The meet will begin at 1:00 PM and will wrap up around 6ish or so. The ending time will certainly vary.

When I saw the picture of the first meet I missed I cried !!! Looking forward to making this one for sure. Put me down for the American cheese. I will have to bring the wife, not able to attend without her. I don't recall it mentioned how many members attended the first meet with their w/gf ? However, I assume it's a family affair ? Also post another map if you don't mind I'll be coming from Conroe. Also the best exit into the park etc: Looking forward to meeting all yall.

This is certainly a family affair. Wives and children are not only welcome...they're encouraged to come. I'll update the list and I look forward to seeing you there, Mayfield.

Well if it'll finally get you to a meet, then I'll try this....Tattoo, we'd hate to have you out so please do whatever it takes to not be there. Now...hopefully that'll getcha there!!

I might have to come to this one. We'll see how work for that weekend pans out, and if I still have my Titan. If not, I still might come to see everyone, since I'm usually in the area shopping at Central Market / Whole Foods

well .. seein' as .. the 7th is my b-day .. my goofy self is gonna be 29 finally .. never been to a Titan meet .. been to a few Frontier meets when i belonged to nissanfrontier.net when i had my lil' 4banger.. seems cool if i can get off work i'll try to make it. . Gonna have to brush up on my maps of that area.. here in the Conroe/Woodlands area i don't really make it out there often.. ya'll take care..
