Now when you say "Bigger Intake Spacer" do you mean a throttle body spacer? If so there are many Titan owners on here that have and most of them will tell you they are benficial. Altho I have not donw so yet. I did not install an aftermarket Cold Air Intake but I did do the DIY air box mod which I think is AWESOME. Do a search on it and let me know what you think.

By the Way welcome to titantalk!

Re: Whitch Cold Air Intake Is Best

I found my K&N series 77 Intake helps ALOT at Passing speeds.

I haven't done the Power-aid throttle-body spacer, mainly because I haven't seen or experienced Actual HP/Torque gains for the $100 ticket, by comparison to an Intake or Exhaust Upgrade.

I would suggest upgrading in this order:
1. Air-box "Mod"w/K&N or Airhog filter
2. Cat-back Exhaust System
3.A/M Intake Tube/Cone filter (Volant, K&N, Fram, etc)

If you upgrade backwards, you'll experience loss of HP or Torque.
