What's the BEST price OTD for a Titan SE no options?

I'm in the market right now and got this offer. No extras. This is for a Crew Cab 2006 SE model.
$26200.00 plus tax 1637.50 and lic fee`s 275.00 making the total 28112.50 drive out. Here in Houston, TX for a 2006 Titan SE. They even want to add $90 for floor matts and $200 for the bedliner. How much should I push them down for this deal to close. This offer is by a Fleet Manager here in Houston.

What was your OTD drive out price for your SE Titan. Comments would be appreciated..Thanks!

I'd tell them to stuff that deal up thier A$$ I bought mine for 22,500 plus taxes ended up walking out under 24k total with floormats, tell them to keep thier crappy bedliner also, they fade and bubble up save the money and get line-x or rhino.. Definatly don't pay more than 22k for a 06' the 07's are out they should be begging you to take a 06 not raping you on the price..

Re: What's the BEST price OTD for a Titan SE no options?

I would check around.. That sounds a little steep..Can`t compare prices on mine since it is an `04 4x4 CC loaded, and the gas was way cheaper then with no incentives or rebates..Mine listed for 37,000 and i got it used with 20,000 miles and 8 months old for 27,000..Good luck

Sounds like a huge rip off to me! I got my 05 kc se almost exactly a year ago and paid 20 or 21. That was including capt's, drop in liner, step rails, and tow package. Definitely keep looking!

Re: What's the BEST price OTD for a Titan SE no options?

Is it a Crew Cab or King Cab?? You can add $5K for the Crew Cab. I just recently bought my 06 KC SE for $23K. I have the Popular Package with Rockford Fosgate, Temp. Cluster, Bed Liner, Pedals move for shorter drivers, GREAT truck! I agree though that with the 07 about to come out, they should cut you a deal on the 06.

Thanks, this is for a Crew Cab 2006 SE model. No Options. I don't want to give more than $23,400 or $25,325 TTL out the door. The interest rates are at 3.0% for Teir 0 credit. This is another issue Nissan is not coming down on. I'm going to hold out until November to see what happens. I appreciate everyones feedback on their own experience purchases paid on Nissan Titans. I'm also using a VPP- Vehicle Purchase Program only for Nissan Employees. This was extended to me from a friend at the Titan Plant in (Miss). They won't show me the REAL invoice until I give them my Claim number. Just to give you an idea figure of how low this price can really go for the Crew Cab. I'm waiting till 07 hits the lot and at the end of the month so these Sales/Fleet Managers want to meet Quote. I'll post up once I close the deal.

Re: What's the BEST price OTD for a Titan SE no options?

As others have stated, don't pay that much for a SE with no options. Mine had many options with Texas Titan package. They asked $30,991 and I walked with it for $22,991. Offer them 22K and head for the exit door as you're giving them your offer. They'll sit you down and get it done. There's nobody here that can give you an OTD price because OTD is what YOU are willing to pay. I told my dealership $22k OTD and wound up right a 23K.

Send an email to Max at Streater-Smith in Conroe. I think you will be happy. He was patient, and didn't run back and forth. When we bought ours I told him about the tradi in, the desired truck, and the payment range. He flat out told me what he could and could not do, sent me a list to preview, and we ended up with the one we wanted. No Stress. I can't say enough good about the guys/gals there.
Hope this helped.

edit...

Sorry, I forgot. i paid 27 for mine. 2004 CC SE with Popular package captains chairs, floor mats, Utili-Trac, bug deflector(the only available at the time), console shift, Yada Yada.....

Re: What's the BEST price OTD for a Titan SE no options?

Sounds like Bhudda454's recommendation is the way to go. No stress and no back and forth is rare in this business. It took me an entire week of haggling to get my price so if you can get it there with no stress and no back and forth games, I'd at least give that a shot. I'm puzzled at "Titan SE with no options" though. I thought that was the XE.

Re: What's the BEST price OTD for a Titan SE no options?

I paid 29K out the door for an 05 Titan SE CC with the TX Package, BT package, popular package w/ capt. seat. Trac Package, under seat storage and a few more stuffs I can't remember off hand. So the 28K plus for an SE no options is a bit steep. Which dealer you went to? I got mine from Tom Peac0ck, call them up on the phone and ask for the price, had them faxed over a confirmation letter before I drove over there.

I think you can do better on the price if you try financing it thru someone else. So look at it this way, if you are happy with the monthly payment at the Nissan 3% rate, use that as your ceiling for negotiating a payment thru another finance company. This drives down the purchase price of the truck, which is the principle balance of your loan. The reason you want to do this is so if in the future you want to pay your truck off early, sell it or trade it in, you will have less of your loan balance remaining to pay back. Don't get fooled by the low interest or 0% interest deals that dealers offer, its all part of marketing strategy to get you in the door.

This is at Mossy Nissan with there Fleet Manager. The SE does come standard with more that the XE but the price was a joke. I told the guy to keep working his numbers. I do want the Tow and Trac Package as well but will not go into the Dealer until I get the emails in writing on correct price. This is a common game I expect from any dealer buying new vehicles. Also if they try to get me on the interest rate the won't get me on the Sale. With the packages included I still plan to get around $25,000-$26,000 OTD. No Stinking Rebate.

dude. walk out the f8cking door. it works. they will call you the second you get home and beg you to come back. and if you really want to get them where it hurts wait till november. my pops got 14K off a porsche in november last year. it works chief. did the same thing when we bought the explorer. wouldnt give me the price i wanted or trade in i wanted so we walked. got home and heard "we found a buyer for your car in denver and have been cleaered to give the price you want". not to mention 0% APR for 60 months.

I got the REAL prices today with Nissan out the door for 3 selected Titan SE Crewcabs. I like option # 3 for $24,379 OTD, with Trac and Tow packages included. This is what the Mfg. charges under the VPP program.

THERE ARE ONLY A FEW SILVER ONES OUT THERE LIKE YOU WANT.

LE w/BED EXTENDER, STEP RAILS, & TOW PACKAGE $27,759

LE w/SPLIT BENCH SEAT INSTEAD OF CAPTAINS CHAIRS,STEP RAILS & TOW PACKAGE $27,029

SE w/POPULAR PACKAGE w/POWER BUCKET SEATS, TRACTION PACKAGE, & TOW PACKAGE $24,379 OTD....

Thanks everyone who posted up with the great advice!
Much appreciated!
