The DFW GUYZ Trip back home

Hey I guess I am the first to get to this. Well guys evidently there were at least 8 or 9 real Titan Haters out there on the road yesterday evening.. Yes the Texas State Troopers and a few local Sheriff Deputies had all 7 of us on the side of the road. People were complaing and B:AH BLAH BLAH needless to say thanls to the DUDE and I am just taking that from the Big Labowski, we drove off with just warnings! Oh and hey they actually had traffic at a stop on 45 North! It was great seeing you al again!

I probably didn't Convey that I Needed to get home around 6pm, and the RUSH to make the deadline is what got us into Trouble!!

Although, I could have left without you guys.
--I'm Ex-military-- "You go, We Go"
-I didn't want to leave without the rest. And in our Haste, [to get back on MY schedule] we "Stepped on a few Toes" lol

So, I'm Sorry, I won't do it again.

Now, When is the NEXT Caravan!!

I'll take most of the blame. If the stupid Hyundai driver didn't try to run me off the road, none of this wouldn't have happened. I lost my cool and tried to make him piss his pants and other drivers saw it and called it in. In all honesty, I guess I couldn't blame the call-in. I'll try to behave next time, although it will take all the restraint I have to allow a beat up Hyundai to try to rule I45 over 7 Titans. All we wanted to do was go home.

Re: The DFW GUYZ Trip back home

Did you guys get pulled over in Ennis? EVERY time I drive through that sh!t-tacular town there are at least 2 cops on the road. They have less to do than Plano's PD.

Re: The DFW GUYZ Trip back home

I posted this last night, and there is a little more discussion going on in the thread regarding the pull-over:
Entire Dallas convoy gets pulled over by TX DPS and 4 sheriffs

Awe that's great to get a warning. So who was fast talking?

Reminds me of my last run in with HPD right after I got UpRev tuned.

Was it an old state trooper with a cowboy hat on? I got pulled over 40 miles from Dallas a few months ago from a prick DPS officer. He gave me two tickets at the same time! One for 72 in a 65, and another for "failure to signal proper lane change" when he was pulling me over he claims I didn't signal to go over into the shoulder.

Re: The DFW GUYZ Trip back home

Lanespd200 was the "Hero" (Since he is a McKinney Cop)

Actually it was just passed Corsicana where Buisness 45 meets the highway (on the North)
Navarro County Sheriff(I think)

I've been lucky enough to have never been pulled over on I-45, as I drive the speed limit as soon as I pass I-20 coming out of Dallas until I get passed Ennis before I open it back up to 80. I've seen everything from local police to county sheriffs to state troopers in F150s in that stretch. I think part of it has to do with the drag strip on the west side of Ennis and them knowing that anyone coming from Dallas to get there is going to be hauling butt down 45.
