W/a chip mod, I would look for a reputable chip company that has been doin it for years. No way would I put a chip that messes w/my computer system in a truck if it wasn't tested, especially w/such a huge claim as 20hp. Think you just gotta wait for a big-name company that is time-tested, to come out w/a good one.

That is an absolute rip-off. If the description is true, it'll lower fuel economy and reduce power output.

Defintely a rip-off. Check out the rest of his sales and feedback. All he sells his this "chip" which isnt a chip at all. Its a device added to trick your ecu into adjusting its intake and fuel curves to add more power, this type of device ultimatly will harm your engine.

All it is is just a simple 20 cent resistor from radio shack. The sad thing is that people actualy buy these things.

They're all over Ebay too. Like you said, a simple resistor from Radio Shack. Wait for Hypertech, JetChips or the like. Better yet something Nismo supported.

It plugs into the IAT (intake air temperature) sensor on the truck. It is just a simple resistor that fools the ECU into thinking the air temperature is around 60 degrees, resulting in added timing. A 2 hp increase would be more like it, since the IAT only effects a few degrees timing advance/retard.

have you guys seen those little computers from summit? you can plug them in and mess with different parameters so that the truck has more torque, more hp, or you can tweak it for better mpg. my friend got one for his silverado. i haven't seen one for the titan yet, but if it's being sold by summit i'm assuming it would be more reliable that that "chip" mod.
