Yes.

With the off-road and tow packages, you get either the rear locker or VDC... can't have both.

My truck was made in May and it has the E locker, no VDC

I was told that if you get just the Big Tow, then you get the VDC. But if you get the Off Road either alone, or in addition to the BT, then you get the E-Locker.

You can get the "offroad 4x2" package, which does not contain the rear locker. If you get big tow with thae offroad 4x2 package, you'll get VDC.
