Engine knock...
So it knocks when i crank it and when i put a load on the engine but that is it it does use a little bit of oil seeing as it has 220k miles on it...

Just after you crank it AND put a load on it, or both?
Just after you crank it, the oil is still making its way around the engine. Putting a load on it? Have you tried upping the octane of your fuel?

Yeah it helps a little but not much i put a little heavier oil in it a few mins ago gonna see if that helps.

If you can see if you can get it on video and if you change oils try 0-30 or something like that cause you want the oil to be able to move around as fast as possible at first startup.

It could be your engine mounts. At 220k they probably worn out causing the motor to rock inside the engine bay. I doubt you are experiencing rod knock since you are still driving it. As soon as an engine starts knocking then its only a matter of minutes before it self destructs.
