Its nice to see that this thread is still open, 'cause mine just started to act up. It only seems to do it around corners... I'm taking it in to the dealer Monday

That's a good one TYTAIN, and it's the best part for me.
My e-mail to Nissan:
The Differential on the Titan is JUNK. I just had my second one replaced. A lot of my friends have Titans and they've had diff failures as well. Everyone knows it, but no one at Nissan admits it. Makes you look silly. You suck as a company. Cowardly approach to customer concerns. We put our faith in Nissan, you turn your back on customers. Where is the information???? If you are reading this, my only advice is to look for another job. Nissan will be making some cuts in the near future due to their failure to respond. Laugh now, Pay Later.
Nissan's reply:
We note file #5219089
has already been created to document this concern and this matter has been resolved. If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to call 1-800-647-7261 (Nissan Consumer Affairs)

The reason I wrote this e-mail is because I couldn't get anywhere with consumer affairs. I could write another doozie back, maybe I will.
Did you have to call the 800 # to get the lady's email or did you get it from Nissan's website?
thanks

I went to Nissan's website. I posted it under 'Want info on products' since the only other avenue is the 800 line. 'Consumer affairs specialist' = damage control after my experiences with the 800 number. All they are is a wall between the truth and us. If you don't believe me just call up and see for yourself.
Anyway, not even sure why I did it. I guess in this case I felt a little stirring of the pot was in order. Maybe if they got more of these, we'd be having an easier time. Hell Yeah it felt OK.
My 04 Crew Cab just took a dump at 25k. I only tow a few times a year in the winter. Dealer now is jagging me around. Took them all day and 3 guys to figure out where the whining noise was coming from. Going there now to ***** and see if I can get a 350Z convertable for the weekend. I will keep you posted.
