Chances are that debris from the busted diff will damage your ring and pinion, you'd need to replace that as well and those are parts Nissan does not sell individually. If your rear goes out (hopefully under warranty), just get a new rear axle assembly and replace with a Trutrac once you're out of warranty.
EDIT: I recall from Austin's website that his ring and pinion were fine after his rear diff died, guess he got lucky. So if your rear goes and the ring and pinion are fine, I'd say do the Trutrac swap if you have the means and know-how.
