Re: 75-140 for the front diff.?

Well it's probley over kill, but I use 75-140 synthetic in the front and rear diff. And being I'm in the plumbing and heating industry, I just used pipe dope I had on the drain and fill plugs.

Pipe dope is just a thread sealant, not a thread locker. It comes in a can with a brush in teh lid. You just apply it to the plugs threads. And per the service manual it just specifies a sealant, not locker.
