Lightbulb Technical Info about VK56DE?

i was wondering if anyone had any technical info on the motor in the titan... i have a desktop dyno program and wanted to try to plug in some of the info to see what the curve would look like and see how accurate it is, but i cant seem to find info anywhere.. all i got is like compression ratio and bore/stroke.. I need things like cam angles (when intake valve opens/closes, same for exhaust) and valve lift @ what type of timing, and cfm of stock TB (and aftermarket ones if possible) oh and also valve sizes.. and any other info anyone can provide would be great... thanks alot

Can someone post what you do have. Lots of curious owners, even if minimal data.
Thanks

Re: Technical Info about VK56DE?

Try this attachment.

It is the paper that Nissan engineers submitted to the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). They have purposefully blurred some of the detailed specs., so I can't help that. But there is a ton of information in this paper.

BTW, what I now say is intended to be constructive, and I say this with care and concern. I have posted this paper at least three previous times. I would urge those seeking information to please try the search function. It is easy and quick and avoids having to reinvent the wheel each time. There is a lot of good information we can all get without having someone else have to go dig it out for us. I mean no offense, and hope you find this paper useful.

Re: Technical Info about VK56DE?

Wow, I didn't know it was basically a Q45 engine bored out, that is a very reliable engine, however also very expensive to replace. The Q45 engine used alot of the Infiniti Racing engine mechanicals. I had a 1993 Q45, loved doing burnouts in that thing.
