clunk noise when putting in gear?????????

I am occasionally getting a "clunk" noise when putting my titan in to gear.
What can be the cause????????????////

Well mine was doing that so I took it back to the dealer they adjusted the backlash in the rear diff. That fixed it right up. However now one of my axle seals are seeping but thats another story.

mine will do that, but only when i`m on a hill or slight slope or against a curb/parking stop block
