loud metalic banging noise?

ive had this problem with my truck since the first day i got it and accidentally mis-judged a driveway and went curb hoppin, but do any of you get a loud metallic bang sound out of your rear end when going up a curb or over speed bumps at about 15mph? oh and it also makes it if im coming to a stop on the brakes pretty good and theres a bump in the road..
just want to know if im the only one...

That happened to me also- I figured out what it is- walk to the rear of your truck and pull up on your tailgate (when its in the closed postion), its loose- I think there is a thread on this somewhere on here

I believe it is the bed(or something else) hitting the leaf springs.

maybe you can get a friend to bounce on your rear bumper and look under the truck to see if you can spot the noise.

i think they fixed the noise when they replaced my axle bearing and seal. i havnt heard it since i got it replaced
