Want more power!!!!!

Can anyone recommend a chip or just tell me if they are worth it. I've seen them from $20 up to $250. The Titan has alot of power but I want more...

Re: Want more power!!!!!

Stay away from those $20 chips!!!!! They do not work and have been the subject of scorn on many threads as well as investigative reports on TV. For that matter, the only chip I know for sure that is available for the Titan doesn't work very well anyways. The cheapest way for more power is to pick a cold air intake/exhaust combo of your choice that fits your budget. If your budget is fat enough, get the Stillen supercharger for about $6K.

Re: Want more power!!!!!

Just now read your sig and see that you got a CAI already....may I suggest headers and exhaust now? Also, you may want to consider some slightly smaller, lighter wheels. I know those 22s may look cool, but they add unsprung weight to your drivetrain and rob your engine of power. Of course, the SC would effectively negate the power loss caused by the 22s.....
