NHTSA reports are working.

All the reports that we have filed on the NHTSA web site are starting to get someone's attention. Keep reporting those front and rearend failures plus any axle seal leaks that you have. These are great paper trails for us. This can only help us in the future.

Re: NHTSA reports are working.

Mine failed and I reported it and added my info to the thread. Why do you say all the reports are getting attention? From who? NHTSA? How do you know?

Not doubting you. I'm just curious as to what you've heard.

Regards,

John

Besides free advertising for a San Diego Law Firm is there anything else Herbpov?

If not, this thread will be deleted.

All I'm saying is that there is a paper trail for us to fallback on when the service mangers and Nissan says we never heard of this problem. I could care less about the lawyers. At least it's not falling on deaf ears. And I think with the reaction I got from this post it is time for me to leave this site.

No need to leave. You have already posted a link to this law firm in another relevant thread. There is no need for this one.

But suit yourself.
