Rear Diff Fluid Capacity???

They conveniently left that out of the manual.

I'm sure someone knows. I decided to change it myself so I could inspect the fluid.

Re: Rear Diff Fluid Capacity???

Thanks guys, much appreciated. Was planning on just using the 75W-140 Valvoline Synthetic from AutoZone.

Re: Rear Diff Fluid Capacity???

Yeah The rear is 2 1/4 of so and the front was right at 2. I found Amsoil at NAPA for the same price as Valovaline, RP, and Mobil 1

Re: Rear Diff Fluid Capacity???

Changed it this evening. Looked not too bad. There wasn't any large chips or flakes on it at all. I do have a vibration that's getting worse though. Going into the shop on Saturday to have the cup holder replaced, the rear end checked out, and the leaking power steering fixed perhaps. Wish me luck. I wanted to change the fluid myself to satisfy my curiosity.

Re: Rear Diff Fluid Capacity???

Uh you might want to reinstall that drain plug though.....
Your vibration could be caused by it being stuck to your tire
