I asked a shop to do a drain and fill and they used that crap. My tranny shifted harsh and ran hot. Then I bent over for the dealer to do a complete flush with Nissan Matic-J to clean it all out and it shifts as smooth as new. I would avoid the Castrol.

or try the amsoil, I think my engine is shifting smoother with amsoil, but it might just be in my head or due to changing it in the first placE?
