Matic J Fluid
I was a Autozone the other day, and while I was looking at different fluids for a tranny flush, I noticed that Valvoline Maxlife, which is Dexron/Mercon, states on the back, that it is suitable for Matic J trannys. What do you guys think?

I would stick with the Nissan Matic-J or Amsoil. Someone posted abotu using I think it was castrol Matic-J complient and said their truk did not shift properly. Since you should flush if changing to a Non-Syntheticand that costs a fortune I would put in some decent oil, backed with a warranty. Does that Oil Gaurantee it is fully Matic-J compliant? Will they pay to fix your truck if it causes a failure?
