Heavy Loping after Service

Help! from you engine savvy people out there.

I just got my truck back from the dealership...they replaced the passenger side manifold due to a crack/leak. Now the truck lopes really bad at idle and even died when I first fired it up this morning. Is this just the computer readjusting itself, some other issue that should resolve itself or should I take it back!?

Thanks

Take it back.
Something isn't right.

Took it back. They said the battery was disconnected so long that "it lost it's idle programming." Interesting. Oh well, back to it's good 'ol self.

I'm still waiting for a back-ordered exhaust manifold, on order since March. How long did you have to wait?
