Transfer Case Replacement!!

has anyone ever removed the rear transfer case.....dealer wld not do it under warranty damaged mine so am doing it myself....I got all the nuts out and the transfer out abt 2" but cannot pull it out any further....anything advise is welcome.....thnx

Rear? There is only one. Are you sure all plumbing/wiring has been removed? Are all mounts removed? How exactly did you damage yours? (just curious)

are you trying to remove the transfer case?? Heres some instruction, but i dont know if this is the part your talking about...
