Now Rear Axle Seals

I took the truck in in mid June because I saw moisture on the real axles from leaking seals. Also, transmission lines leaking. They had to order the transmission lines, it took 2 weeks before they got them. Took the truck back and they said the rear seals were leaking due to too much fluid in the rear diff. They said it should be filled until you can touch the fluid with the end of your pinky finger. I say I don't believe them, and will keep a close eye on it. Well, Friday I'm checking fluids prior to going to the lake, and the right axle end if very wet. I'm at 59,952 miles at this time. I drive straight over to the dealer and show it to them. He agrees it is leaking, I show him the receipt from June when I first had this concern. He does a write-up and I'm taking it in Wednesday evening so they can fix it Thursday. The left one is moist, but not leaking as bad as the right. Any idea how I can convince them the left needs to be fixed also? I was thinking about taking photos of both to show the leaking, make them a copy, and let them know I will be keeping the photos because the left looks like the right one did a month ago. He told me if they don't diagnose a leak, they can't just replace the left seal under warranty. I need to convince them it is bad enough to fix, especially since they will have it apart, the extra expense should be minimal. Ideas?

They should fix both of them, if not, talk with the service manager.
