M1 5w30 is good, so is Pennzoil Platinum, Quaker State, Amsoil, Royal Purple.

Buy 7 quarts and have fun.

Re: what oil helppp

I was using regular Castrol 10w-30 for about 30,000 miles and just changed to Royal Purple 10w-30 last week. On my first half a tank of gas it appears I might be getting slightly better gas milege but I won't know till my next fill up.

I like M1 5w 30 with the M1 filter, good combo for 5k mile oil changes.

Re: what oil helppp

I have been using M1 since 5k runs much better. 5w-30 for NJ climate change.

Any brand name synthetic is good, the most popular oil seems to be Mobil1
