rear end sound

hello all,

i have a crazy sound in the rear end of my truck, it almost sounds like a wood floor creeking when you walking on it. it does it on take off, on some bumps, and if my truck somewhat flexed while driving. for ex: going on a straight flat road and then turning up a hill or any slant for that matter. has anyone heard this on their truck or know what it might be and if so what is it and what needs to be done
