I'm needing to replace my diff and am going with the truetrac. My truck is out of commision until I get it done. So obvioulsy I'm wanting to get it as soon as possible. Obviously I'd like to spend as little as possible but getting it quickly is the biggest concern. So who keeps them in stock? I'm in Florida so someone in the southeast would be best but I'm not holding my breath for that.
When I purchased my True-Trac back in January, the prices were lower than now. I bought my True-Trac and had the installation performed at this location in Georgia: Performance Off Road Center
The price is a smidgen higher at PORC, $584.99, but since you live in Florida, there will be no sales tax so the price should be a good bit cheaper in the end. The cost of shipping will be about a wash from either place.
I highly recommend the True-Trac and I think you will be pleased with your purchase wherever you buy it.

Hey man, we have a guy here in Central Florida...Oviedo area... that will do the install for $150. He's done about 7 or 8 of us now. Let me know. You will probably pay anywhere from $300 to $500 at a shop
I got mine from 4x4 parts located in Florida, and a site sponser. They have them in stock, or they did as of two weeks ago. They also stock all the bearings and races to go with the install.

I got mine from 4x4 parts as well in less than a week. I'll also vouch for the guy in Ovideo that 0-Five mentioned ,he did my install and is a super nice guy.

In the link below in a pdf attachment that details all of the expenditures of installing my True-Trac in January 2009. Unlike some, according to Nissan's recommendation, I chose to have both rear axle seals, spacers and bearings replaced during the True-Trac install.
For anyone looking to buy a True-Trac, 913A582, for the Titan, this seems to be the best price I've seen in a long while at $526.50. PORC is giving a 10% discount off the regular price. $584.99 x 0.90 = $526.50
Awesome!!! I was just about to post that info if you hadn't! I just saw them come on CT talking about the 10% discount. That is amazing, we usually can't get many price breaks on the TT and bearings, so that is a killer deal for sure.
Just ordered the truetrac and bearings 598.99 shipped. You have to call(porc) to get the 10% discount now. But they'll still give it to you. follow the link to club titan from earlier post for number

You did the right thing, I "winged" it and didn't replace them....It may come back and haunt me yet....

Oh yeh....I replaced the screw that holds on the mirror with a trick black oxide one that nobody will see or care about...
I got mine from PORC as well, I think it was around 560$ (bought it close to a year ago and they had a promotion) shipped to me in California and only took a few days to get to me. Really nice people to work with too, very helpful. I paid 250$ for the install; but also had 4:10's and all new seals put in.
