Posting my Work In Progress - Please read before reading the FAQ

Hi all,
I've decided that I will post my work-in-progress, because I want the FAQ to be as helpful as possible, as soon as possible. Thanks to all who already have contrubuted and all who will contribute.
Please understand that this is DEFINTELY a work in progress, which means there might be mistakes/omissions, etc. Also, the order of things will change as the priority of information changes, needs arise, etc.
