headlight adjustment

I have a 2.5" lift on the front and I need to adjust the headlights. Has anybody done this?

Is there only one adjustment screw for lights as shown in the above photo? I just did an adjustment using the screw shown in the above photo but that only moved my lights up or down. Is there a way to move them left and right? Both my lights are aimed towards the right. For instance my driver side light aims almost dead center with the passenger light aiming off into the woods, highway signs etc.
