Remote Start help

The winter season is quickly approaching and I’m not going to go through another without a remote start. I’m a do-it-yourself kind of guy and I’ve done a little research in the subject. It looks like I want to go with a DEI 561T with the 556U immobilizer module so I can keep using my factory key fob.

Now I don’t need the fancy smancy alarm stuff or any of that. I just want to be able to use the remote start. When looking at the diagram it appears that all I really need to do is hook up about 6/7 wires.

Constant 12V
Starter
Ignition
Accessory
Parking light (do I need this)
Tach wire

I believe there is another ignition wire I need as well. Is this all that is needed. I’ve got a good link to some pics for wire locations and I think I’m ready to go. Just need to make sure this is all that’s needed. Thanks!!

remote start help101 needed please
