Question Best way to remove paint specs from truck?

All,
It looks like I may have driving across a freshly painted highway stripe or something as I have a bunch of little white paint specs on the side of my truck. Anyone know of a safe way to remove this stuff without harming the clear. Many thanks to all who respond.

Go to local parts store and get a clay bar, takes paint specs right off. Its what a lot of professional detailers use.

Use the claybar.

Follow this process:

1. Wash your truck w/ Dawn dishwashing liquid (this will remove any wax you may have on the truck)

2. Make a solution of 50/50 water and Dawn in a spray mist bottle. This is your lubricant for the claybar. Make sure the surface stays well lubricated with this solution. Since you are using the clay, you may as well do the whole truck. Start with the roof and hood working your way down to the lower panels and tailgate (this is where you will find the most grime) turning/ moulding the bar frequently. Use light pressure and work back and forth from front to rear (not side to side).

3. Rewash w/ your car soap than rewax the entire thing.
