Radio Fade.

Is there a way to stop the radio fade etc. As I increase speed in my Titan the radio gets louder. It's the most annoying thing I've ever had in a vehicle. Other than that I love my Titan.

It's the SSV Speed Sensitive Volume). If you have the Nav you can adjust it there (I do), if you don't, I think your manual will tell you how or do a search in this forum (search tab upper right under TitanTalk header). You can turn it down or completely off.

On the Non-RF 6-disc CD player, keep pressing the tuner knob until you see the display cycle to the SSV menu - then turn the tuner knob to cycle through the sensitivity levels (off, low, mid, high). Press the tuner knob to save your selection and advance to the next menu. Yours is likely set to high. I leave mine off so that it doesn't fade at all and just adjust as needed using the steering wheel controls.

Thanks. Appreciate the help. Couldn't figure out what SSV meant.
