Anyone know how I can change or modify my user/nick name for TitanTalk?

Click on the USERCP box at the bottom of the headline banner at the top of the page.
(It's the thin line of boxes starting with HOME.)

As Cali said, you have to ask Ekool to change it. The User CP does not have that option regardless of what other users might tell you.
