Navigation reset when fill up?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering.....

When you fill up the gas tank.....are you supposed to hit the reset on the navigation?

I did that last time and it dropped the mpg a few mpgs....made me think I wasn't supposed to do it.

Yep, if you want it to track what you are getting per each tank, otherwise it's cumulative. You will see it fluctuate depending on if that tank is freeway vs. city stop and go or a mix of the two, mountains, headwinds, etc.
