Post Cabin Filter Question

Hi all,

Need to put a cabin filter(s) in my 2005 KC. Do you need 1 or 2? I saw them at Courtesy Nissan http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...e=999M1-A60005

Does the price of $33.12 get you 1 or 2? They show 2 in the picture. If it's 2 and it cost $66.24, I'll make my own.

Also, do you get a discount for being a TT member?

Thanks!

EDIT: Nevermind on part of the question, you need 2...found here... cabin filter

$25.27 for a pair from www.courtesyparts.com
The price says $33.12 at Courtesy Nissan (and I gather you get the 2 filters)...did I miss something?

Thanks all!

Re: Cabin Filter Question

You get 2. I think scr38 or somebody posted that they can be washed.

Re: Cabin Filter Question

Just remember that all you need to do is pull the hinge pins to get the glove box out. Removing the dash isn't necessary.

You get two filters in one box for that price.

Since you got the LE I would talk to your dealer about them giving you a pair of filters. I can understand my XE not coming with a set... but an LE? No excuse... they should fork a pair over.

As for me? I went to Home Depot and bought a good quality furnace filter ($15) and cut off pieces to fit. I'll probobly get about 4 sets from the entire piece.

Re: Cabin Filter Question

I recently bought some on ebay: $9.99 for two plus $5.95 shipping. Nobody else bid so I got them for the starting bid. The seller bought them for his truck and then decided to get the long-life versions so he didn't need these. I saw another auction up for Titan In-Cabin filters for $19.95 but I don't know if it's for one or two filters.
