Size of Tow Hook bolts

Can someone confirm to me the size of the tow hook bolts please, I believe that they are 17mm - correct? Thank you.

P.S. If you know approx. how long also that would be great but no biggie. Thanks again.

The heads take a 17Mm wrench but im not sure on the size of the bolt. You can buy them here http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...22&catalogid=2

The bolts are 12mm. They are appr. 50-60mm long and have a 1.25 thread.
