I will follow up with the breakdown in the next couple days, but here's a word file with the "how to" on hiding and routing an aftermarket satellite radio antenna.
Magnetic antennas WILL scratch your paint. This mod eliminates that danger by mounting your antenna to the PLASTIC brake light. An extra special added bonus - it hides the wiring through existing holes (no routing the wire through the back window!).
I routed a Sirius antenna, but this should work for XM as well.
*see attached WORD DOC file*
OK, apparently 1.31MB is too big to directly attach, so here's a link to my site.
Well done Captain! That sums up nicely AND WITH PICS what many have done. I couldn't find anything like this when I went to do mine. I got some instruction from the great guys on the site, but no pics. Thanks in advance for those who will benefit later.

Thanks for the kudos.
I saw someone mention running it through the brake light and no mention of how and where, so I though somebody might benefit from a tutorial.
Side note, my wife is calling me "a Titan nerd" for making the FAQ for this.. hehehehe

Just get the Sigma Antenna that mounts to the INSIDE of the front windshield. You don't have to worry about a leak in the brakelight where you feed the wire through, and it's much easier to run the wire along the front headliner to the front driver side vertical column and then under the dash.
This is the same antenna that is used in the factory installs.

I went to the passenger side. I stayed over the headliner until I got to the corner. I came down that corner until it was behind the plastic. Once it got there I moved it under the plastic towards the outside (going out the door almost) and then tucked it under the rubber weatherstripping. This runs to the floor.
I'll see if I can snag a quick picture tomorrow. The words aren't making sense, but I can picture it in my head.

Hey FireCpt I did the samething with my sirius sat ant wire. I put some extra foam tape arounf the brake light to better seal it.

I'm still a newb to this truck (haven't even made the 1st payment yet).
Picked it up on 7/26/06.
Great tutorials written by great members. I ordered the parts for the tailgate/electric lock mod. Wouldn't have tried that without someone writing a FAQ for me to follow.

Adding the nissan installation instructions to this page for reference.
Nice write up.
