Re: Grillcraft install, a picture book!!!!

This is great! Just put in a billet grill but I'm having a hell of a time putting the finished unit back on the truck! Is there a trick to using the factory clips and/or is there aftermarket clips that are easier to use?

Thanks

Re: Grillcraft install, a picture book!!!!

Putting it back was the easy part. Just remove the clips from the truck & reinstall the clips on the grill frame - they should twist/snap in place easily. Then just line up the clips with the holes and push the grill in place ! Make sure you installed the plastic deflectors on the ends of the grill before reinstalling it, you cannot get them on (no room) once the grill has been mounted.

I don't think they offer it in black yet for the '08's, just brushed.
It would be listed on their website if it were available.

GrillCraft has it listed there now, (in the black too), for '08s. Btw, the lower grill is sold separately and there is a tab to check its price at the page the link leads to.
Here's the link

I just won one at another Titan forum for my '04, so am checking out the installation. Great job by the OP dhammond!
