PCV valve

Im just wondering how important it is to change out these things? Should i change it every 12k miles or forget about it?

Can someone help me to locate the PCV?

Thanks in advance,
Eric

Re: PCV valve

after searching through my manual some more, i finally find the location of the pcv control valve. Our Titan has 2 pcv valves. One has to remove the engine room cover and the pcv valve is located on the right and left banks of the rocker cover. (Not too hard to replace i suppose). PCV valves comes with an O-ring.
