Rear final drive breather.. help please
Hi all, thanks to this website i know what a breather is for the rear differential... when i went to see if i had the plug or vent, i was kind of surprised to see that it wasn't screwed all the way in (it shows about 1/2 of the threading)... should i be concerned ?? Im going to try to screw it in all the way but i need to know if it's ok to take it out and re-install it... would anything spray open or would i damage anything if i take out the breather to re-install it? I was going to upload a pic, but im afraid im my file is over the limit...
 Oh, this is on my 06 nissan titan with about 20k miles now... Thanks... Eric
