Factory or After Market Fog Lights

I just bought some aftermarket fog lights, but there are a little small. I have 4x4 SE that didn't come stock w/ fog lights. If I return them and get factory fog lights as i have the hook up right behind the front bumper, will the fog lights turn on when the head lights get turned on? How would that work? Would I have to add a switch for it? I'm clueless when it comes to electrical stuff.

Re: Factory or After Market Fog Lights

The factory fog light kit comes with everything you need, including a new turn signal stalk with the fog light switch built in. I think this will be the first "mod" I do to my '05 CC SE 4x4.

Like yahooligan stated, the "kit" come with a new headlight stalk that include the foglight switch built into it. It will come on only with headlights unless you do the "jumper mod" then it will come on with parking lights.

Re: Factory or After Market Fog Lights

Well, after reading this last night, I called the dealer and they matched Courtsey Nissan's online price. Went pick up the Fog light kit and installed with no problems.

Thanks, guys works great!

Re: Factory or After Market Fog Lights

This is the first mod I did to my SE! Had to have the fogs since I do not like the spacers they include without! Easy install. Then go ahead and get the Silverstar Ultra bulbs for the lows/fogs. Nice upgrade.
