Fog Light Mod - No need to rewire stalk
|
For those of you that do not want to rewire the light stalk, please see the attached Diagram, I did it this weekend and it works, you will require 2 relays.
Advantages: Do not need to rewire the Light stalk, it will not flash the fogs when activating/dis-activating the alarm.
Disadvantages: In order to activate the fogs and activate the circuit you need to first turn on the lows( to activate Relay #1 and lock relay #2 ), but after that they will stay on, You can not turn off the fogs with the fog switch once relay #2 is locked, need to turn off all the lights from the stalk in order to turn fogs off.
I hope I did not confuse anyone..
