wiring or fuse location for radiator fan

The electric fan motor to cool the radiator is not coming on. I unplugged the battery cables and cleaned them and now I have no electric cooling fan. Can somebody tell me where the fuses are to this or what might be the problem.

Fan Fried!

Was sitting parked with AC on, when I see smoke coming out from under hood and smell plastic burning. When I check to see whats up I find the the wiring harness where it connects to the cooling fan sizzling and smoking. I unplugged the harness to avoid any other shorts. Gonna take into the stealer tomorrow. Has anyone else had any issues with the cooling fan??
