Well, '04, being the first year, is a bit different. The '04 LE is a lot different in it's standard features than my '06 LE. They added a whole bunch of stuff the '04 guys missed out on.

i though it was a new feature that is on SE models and above in 08. I think MPG only came on those earlier years with those with NAV
