Crew Cab Rear Seat Rattle...i think

Anyone have a small intermittent(sp?) rattle coming from either under the rear seat or the rear seat itself....before I start trying to locate, I thought I would ask and see if anyone has the same noise or fixed the same noise....i haven't started looking yet, but I thought I would ask just the same....If I figure it out, I will pass along any info I come up with...

I have the same intermittant rattle. Seat up - seat down. I have tried tightening the jack but haven't figured it out. It only does it when I am alone so I can't get a GPS lock on it.

Check the seatbelts on both sides. After being used, they don't go back to the proper position and hit the panels when you drive on rough road. This goes for the front passenger side too.
