Is there 2 interiors for the 2004 Nissan Titan SE Crew Cab?

I need to know. My shifter is on the steering column, however, I have seen some other 2004 Nissan Titan's whose shifter is in the center console. As such, I am confused and before I jump to conclusions on the dealer selling me a different year than 2004, when they listed it as a 2004 and I bought it as a 2004, I thought I would ask and see if anyone knew. The shifter being in the console looks like a newer model. I need to know and yes I will run the vin# but I want your feedback too. Thx guys!!!

I believe all year Titan SE's are offered with either the column shifter or the center console shifter. If you want the front bench seat's, you can get the column shifter. If you like have front bucket seats, than get the center console, but both are offered on all years. XE's only have the column shifter and LE's only have the Center console shifter.

On the column is for the 6 passenger, bench seat version, and with the shifter in the console it is for the "Captain's Chair", 5 passenger version, (I have this one).

Nah, some LE's have the column shifter.

oh, I didn't know that. I've never seen a LE with Bench seats.

Yeah, my co-worker has an 05 le with the column.

I have an LE with the column shifter as well. I like the big center console over the smaller one with the shifter in the center.

I have both and like the console shift for the sporty feel but the column shift is more comfy for me since the center console is higher than the wimpy arm rest with the captains chairs.
