Re: A Ram faster than the Titan?

I paid way less than $20,000 (more like $17,000) when my truck was a year old and 8,000miles on it. Excelent condition. I have a few $$ in mods. No where near up to $50,000 and have a darn fast truck. I have nothing that a Nissan can't have. I'm sure if you mod your truck the same you'd have something along the same lines.

Re: A Ram faster than the Titan?

From what I have read it seems that the nissans are underpriveleged in the aftermarket area, but I am sure that will change in the near future.

I understand that ownership, whichever nameplate you have, is going to sway ones opinion so, why not leave it to the professionals to decide. This way, it's not partial...not a one sided moron battle of who can type the smartest retort.
So, to that I say, lets see one...just one professional test published that shows the Ram Hemi being the victor over the Titan (not necessarily speed tests either...these are trucks). I can save you time if you'd like....there's isn't one. All published automotive articles showed the Titan beating out the Dodge Ram overall....even the brand spankin' new one. And if education hadn't been a back seat item for you, you'd understand that the Titan is, in fact, a domestic built truck. It's no more an import than your German owned Dodge is. Now I know you were just browsing our little forum here because you wanted to see what is was like to own the best 1/2 ton on the market...something you can't get from any Dodge forum, but c'mon kid....your feeling of inferiority can't be cured here. You might want to try a Silverado forum.

Well folks, there you have it. We'll never rid our forum of jealous trolls. But...we can certainly laugh at their blatant lack of smarts.

PS....LMAO...sorry to the mods here, I know I just fed the troll!! I apparently missed the sign.

Holy crap, Hudson! I do believe that was the best facial I've ever seen! And you know what made it great?

You're ok. It's that guy with the original, well thought out handle......um......oh yeah, "Titancrusher" he's really addressing. We all come from other brands, so must of us here know the market well enough. You don't troll around, tossing out "POS", "Non-USA made" unless you're an ignorant juvenile. That would be Titanenvy....er Titancrusher.

I know Coach....lol...and I feel so ashamed of myself!!! Like I just beat-up a mentally challenged kid on the school bus. He never stood a chance. I almost feel like I should have spelled out that we don't go taunting people with Titan facts in the Dodge forum because, although we can because we're properly armed, we're all adults here.

I just wish you could take a step back and realize what a jackoff you sound like. I'm just picturing a pimple faced 16 yr old having nothing better to do than talk crap on a chat board (go ahead and check my spelling so far) ok good. Go participate in an after school activity or something. I'm sick of guys like you ruining it for other dodge owners (who have something positive to contribute) hmmm...can you read me now toolbox

Keep those little gems comin' and you won't last the day. Better start showing a little more maturity like your hemi owning counter part in this thread or we ain't going to be hearing from you soon.

Re: A Ram faster than the Titan?

Wow....that was way too easy to scare away that little gnat-fart. $20 says he's at a Nissan dealer as we speak. The truth is VERY convincing...lol

You see "TitanCrusher", the real problem is you going out of your way digging a 21 month (1 yr+9 months) old thread and waking it up shows the "intent" of your "fresh" membership to this forum. You sound like a reincarnation of one of the several trolls vanished from these pages in recent memory. You must have an unsettling score to settle you came back from the grave and dug up this thread.

What makes you think that Nissan is less American than your Canadian/Mexican assembled Dodge? To the contrary, the Titan was assembled together by more American hands in comparison to your "South/North of the Boarder" Hemi. This has been discussed here over and over while you were vanished. This topic is also old!!

So tell us more about your Hemi (if you even have one). What year? What are your mods? What's your ET? You have any slips to prove your time? Any dyno sheets to prove your HP/torque? If you do not have any on these, maybe you're just a bug eyed "wannabe" just preferring to hang out at the Titan forums as opposed to the Hemi ones?

Re: A Ram faster than the Titan?

I'm glad we are all getting along so well. Here is my .02...You dont have to spend 50k on a dodge to make it faster than a Titan. I spent $17k for my truck with 7k miles on it. I then put $850 into performance parts, and it ran 13.9's...Then I spent an additional $450 for nitrous, and it will now run 12's...which is faster than that $50k srt-10.

Now stock for stock is a different story. I personally did not lose to a Titan when I was stock, but I am a RC/SB so I am lighter. I have heard many stories about titans beating QC hemis and even a few about titans claiming to beat RC hemi's. I have never seen them run stock for stock at the track though, so I am not going to say which one is faster. I have beat many titans at the track, but again, I am not stock. When the aftermarket opens up for you guys, I'm sure you will put up a better fight for the modified hemi's, but until then I am going to say that the hemi is faster ONLY because of the Titan's lack of aftermarket parts.

I have started a few threads with some ideas that could easily make the titans faster with what is available, so now it is up to you guys to use that info and see if the mods work for you the way they have for me.

Sorry for the long post, I am done now.

Not to be picky, but I didn't think the 360 was a hemi. My dad has the 360 and it doesn't have hemi badges on it.
